Before you begin this training there are some important
prerequisites that will make the training more valuable
for you.These
are to:
read the Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) Guidelines and know how to request or
review an FWA
go through the FWA
Training for
Managers and Employees to make sure you
understand the guidelines
complete one of the two FWA self-assessments that are in
the FWA Guidelines (either the Employee
FlexScreen™ or the Manager
FlexScreen™ depending on whether you are an
employee or manager)
(if you’re an employee) complete the Job
Sharing Self-Assessment
