One sharer works 3½ days (28 hours per week) and the other work 1½ days (12 hours per week).  



This schedule allows sharers to:


A.

work together collaboratively on projects.


B.

have time for school, family or other personal commitments.


C.

provide a career development opportunity for someone available to work only three afternoons a week.
